DESPATCH COSTS

For Spain and Portugal

– Orders for an amount equal to or greater than 65€: Free

– Orders between 49 and 65 euros: 3,90€

– Orders up to 49€: 4,90€

For all other countries

– Orders of 100€ or more: Free

– Orders between 50€ and 100€: 4,90€

– Orders up to 50€: 8,90€

DELIVERING ORDERS

– 24 to 48 hours of the date of receipt of the “Confirmation of order” issued by JANÉ, for all orders placed in Spanish territory.

– 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the Confirmation of order” issued by JANÉ, for all orders placed in the Balearic Islands.

– 4 to 6 working days from the date of receipt of the Confirmation of order” issued by JANÉ, for all orders placed in the remaining European countries.

JANÉ does not guarantee fulfilment of the aforesaid delivery periods in case of force majeure or of acts committed or omitted by third parties, or if the delivery address given by the User in the purchasing process is incomplete, inaccurate, or incomplete.
